#4. Put in the neighborhood PIN.
#5. Start the survey. Provide Home Depot with your sincere opinions, suggestions, and observations by answering each question in turn.
#6. Kindly provide us with your data and means of contact. A prompt to submit your personal information will appear when you finish the survey. After that, the sweepstakes program will be available to you.
#7. A $5,000 gift card is up for grabs if you happen to be one of the lucky winners.
